Trust Administrator

We have created a trust administrator role to both manage our existing trust client base and support our two trust lawyers.  This role will involve a year of one on one training with a clear path for future career progression.
 
The role will involve:
  • Having your own office
  • Receiving one on one training on trusts and estate planning
  • Building longstanding relationships with clients and attending client meetings
  • Liaising with accountants and investment advisers
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Billing and invoicing clients
  • Providing PA support to the two senior lawyers
  • Responsibility and management of files while under supervision

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be proficient in verbal and written English
  • Have at least 2 years' experience working in an administration or support role (ideally in a legal or accounting firm)
  • Be able to work autonomously while communicating effectively with clients and staff
  • Have a high level of accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
  • Understand that the client is always right
